Angus Keddie

Angus combines a strong technical safety background, proven management and facilitation credentials and robust communication skills. He has leveraged the use of these assets to achieve success in the industry posts he has held to date in his career. He has recent experience as HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, HAZID and SIMOPs Leader for several leading Oil Industry company. In addition, he has held senior proposals posts in two major Oil Industry contractors (FW/KBR) for 5+ years, giving him a broad overview of design and operations requirements.

Paul Gornall

Competent, able to prioritise, dynamic, results-driven, ambitious, hardworking Chartered Process Safety Engineer with experience in design, project exposure, Safety Reviews, Reliability Centred Maintenance and Lean/6σ techniques. Technical plant support / troubleshooting & assisting management for project delivery; oil and gas upstream / downstream (refining, bulk storage/tank farm, jetty modifications/improvements -ship to shore transfers – and MOGAS blending). Experience gained in nuclear, power generation & brewing sector. Exposure with commissioning and validation in the pharmaceutical and fine chemicals sector, bulk gases and electronics. Proficient HAZOP & LOPA Leader.

Debra Jarrad

Debra Jarrad is an experienced HAZOP scribe. She has worked on 20+ projects since 2014, including 4 with Process Safety Matters (Shell Bacton, SASOL Ammonia, Halliburton Ghana Well Test Safety Review and AMRC VIM). She has successfully made the transition to remote HAZOPs in 2020. She is familiar with Lihou HAZOP Manager v7 recording software.
